It aims to demonstrate how local action can help support and drive the transition to net-zero. Attendees will gain practical advice from those behind proven successful net-zero local government projects in the areas of transport, energy, housing, land use, greener economies and waste, community involvement and partnership development, and taking a holistic approach.

Target Audience: This event is targeted specifically at those within UK central and local government but will be run as an open-access event, so that anyone interested in driving forward the net zero transition can take part.

Purpose: planning and implementing successful projects. There will also be networking opportunities to form the professional connections needed to move ideas forward.
